What are the ways you can help organizations with hiring?

We have a number of approaches:

  1. Consulting with hiring managers. We’re glad to have a 1:1 with anyone for an hour to talk through your biggest sticking points and look at your pipeline to prioritize what to improve. We can also do a deeper dive to look at your past data, or your current materials to suggest changes that you can implement.

  2. Practical outsourcing support of hiring processes. We are helping run parts of hiring rounds of several organizations to save them time, and be embedded in their process to improve systems as we go. For example, doing promotion and creating a list for a hiring manager to use next time. Improving job descriptions and creating evaluation rubrics off of them. Screening candidates and recommending who to send to the next round.

  3. Active recruiting for open and potential roles. We are also “headhunting” for harder-to-fill roles, through networking, LinkedIn outreach, asking for referrals, talking with possible candidates before they apply. This can make a sizeable difference in finding the right candidate.
